The theme, "To new heights!" for the Rosean Chronicle A.Y 2023-2024 issue, implies the surpassing of one's limits and achieving formerly set goals, which leads to yearning for greater ambitions. Despite the setbacks and hardships that Roseans faced, they did not allow it to hold them back but instead made it their fuel to move forward and strive for more achievements.
